Town Officials Recognize Keep Islip Clean For Their Public Education Campaign

Islip, NY – Town Officials recently honored the Junior Commissioners of Keep Islip Clean (KIC) for their work on a new public education campaign to promote a clean green and litter-free community. The latest public service announcement was produced as a video and encourages a safer and healthier Town. Suzanne Piard of Spelman Studios in Sayville, was also celebrated by the board for volunteering her time and efforts to the production of this video.


“These children and Ms. Piard put in outstanding efforts to create this video that is sure to inspire our residents to respect their community and help make it a cleaner place,” said Councilman Steve Flotteron.
