SUPERVISOR CROCI, TOWN BOARD JOIN COUNTY EXECUTIVE BELLONE IN GROUND-BREAKING FOR NEW ALLSTATE HEADQUARTERS

Islip, NY – Islip Town Supervisor Tom Croci, along with Town Board Members Steve Flotteron, Trish Bergin-Weichbrodt, and John Cochrane Jr., recently joined Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone in breaking ground on a brand new regional headquarters for Allstate, at 898 Veterans Memorial Highway, in Hauppauge. The event was the result of inter-governmental cooperation, specifically between the Town and County in fast tracking permits and other approvals so that Allstate, a Fortune 500©, could remain in Hauppauge. This will keep high-paying jobs on Long Island, while creating hundreds of new industry-related jobs. The new headquarters will specialize in marketing, sales, distribution, compliance, human resources, claims, litigation, customer response, corporate relations and finance.
